Who We Are
We are a bunch of linkers who love what we do. We embrace individuality, consistently break the mold, and are continually encouraged and even expected to contribute new ideas that make us great.
We believe that opportunity, training and macro-management create employees that are self-motivated, driven, and reliable. Our focus on developing a great team has propelled Neurilink from a traditional vendor to a trusted partner to our customers.
Family is at the center of who we are. We don’t just write it on a wall; we live it.
Neurilink is a big family. Like most families, we’re there for each other when it matters most and shoot each other with nerf guns when necessary. As a customer, we consider you part of the family, and for us, family always comes first.
What We Do
Our team designs, builds and supports audio visual collaboration solutions. We hire smart people and provide best-in-class solutions to customers throughout the Northwest.
Our team designs collaboration solutions for conference rooms, classrooms, auditoriums, hospitals, and many other unique spaces. We take it upon ourselves to vet the newest products hitting the market and find reliable solutions that resolve our customers’ problems.
Where We Do It
Neurilink is based in Boise, Idaho, with an office in Seattle, Washington. However, our aspirations don’t end at the state lines. We’ve helped many customers become Linker believers from the west coast of California to Boston, Massachusetts.
While our primary market focus is the Northwest, our PSNI affiliation allows us to provide technology integration to our client’s national and international location needs.
Where We Came From
Michael Fornander, our Founder and President, began his career as a teacher where he worked with AV platforms in his classroom. It wasn’t long until he uncovered his interest in AV and, after years in education, made the jump to the private sector. In 2000, Michael was brought on to run the Boise branch of a Texas-based audiovisual integrator.
Michael played a critical role in leading the development of the Idaho market for over a decade. However, as the organization grew so did his desire to branch out and create a truly Idaho-based company. In 2012, Michael and his partners bought out the Boise Data Projections branch and created Neurilink.
In 2017 Neurilink acquired Seattle-based Blue Sky Integrated Technologies. The joining of the two organizations is part of planned strategic growth to better serve the custom audio visual design and integration needs of the Northwest.
Since its creation, the Neurilink path has been a great one. The nucleus of our team has been together for almost a decade, and we’ve continued finding passionate, smart people to join our team and push these ever-changing collaboration technologies deeper into the northwest commercial market.
