KCDA is a centralized procurement service owned by Washington’s public school districts.

Neurilink was awarded in the 18-053 Interactive Technology contract. In order to offer a turn-key solution, we’ve been awarded the following product lines: Avocor, Clevertouch, Brightsign, Crestron, FrontRow, Logitech, Marshall and Phoenix Audio

Let us know what you needs are. If it's a drop ship or full design and installation project. Based on your needs we'll create a quote with KCDA pricing.

Send a PO and Signed Quote to KCDA

Once the quote is signed, send it to KCDA with a PO. KCDA will contact us to get things moving

Design Your System & Schedule Installation

After receiving notification from KCDA we will begin your system design and schedule the installation.

Visit Your Site To Install The System

For Design and Integration contracts our team will visit your site to install and commission the system

If your quote does not include installation, we will send you the products you've ordered.

Can I buy from KCDA?

Many school districts in the Northwest are already members of KCDA.   To see if your organization is already a member take a look at the lists below.

Why would I buy from KCDA?

KCDA is available for use by any state, local or federal government agency, public school district, and state K-12 accredited private schools. Purchasing from cooperatives help eliminate duplication of efforts and save taxpayers’ dollars.  To learn more visit KCDA’s Membership page.

Can I join KCDA if I'm not a member currently?

There is no fee to join KCDA. If you’re a Public School District, County, Municipality, State or Federal Agency, Public College, University, Political subdivision within the state or in other states, or State accredited K-12 private schools in the State of Washington then find out how you can become a member of KCDA.

How do I order from Neurilink on KCDA?

We make the order process as simple as possible for KCDA members. You come to us for a quote. Then you submit a PO and the signed quote to KCDA. Once KCDA gets the quote and PO (and notifies us) then we’re able to ship, deliver and install your system. Please remember that design and installation timelines will begin once KCDA receives the Quote and PO, so be sure to get it in fast so your project can be scheduled.

Where do you install?

Through our participation in KCDA we offer custom design and installation solutions in Throughout Idaho, Washington and in some areas of Oregon and Montana. Contact us to see if you location is in the install area.

Do you offer custom AV integration through KCDA or just drop shipments?

We’re excited to provide custom AV design and integration through the KCDA contract. By purchasing through the contract you can access special service rates. We will create a quote including custom design and installation with these rates.
